COMFORT, COMFORT LOW and COMFORT TALL seats have a unique seat shape that maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.
Low seats: To reduce seat height, some material must be removed and the foam density must be increased to provide enough support. Be aware that some comfort might be sacrificed by choosing a lower seat.
COMFORT XL seats are designed with an ultra-wide seating platform to improve the weight distribution of larger stature riders. The frontal portion of the seat maintains the OEM profile for when things get technical to allow optimal maneuverability. Only available for some models.
COMMUTER seats are the best choice for extended pavement riding and mellow offroad. The unique shape and added width will provide greater enjoyment and increased range on a long commute or dual sport ride. Only available for some models.
RALLY seats are designed to provide you with an open cockpit for increased mobility during technical riding. Only available for some models.
HARD ADVENTURE 2.0 seats are ideal for riders who are doing a lot of technical riding and are looking for ultimate low profile and high grip seat. Only available for some models.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: These seats are custom made to order. Once your seat enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled, including when production takes longer than anticipated. Lead times are estimates, not guaranteed shipping or delivery dates.
Before production begins, cancellation may be possible but is not guaranteed. If cancellation is possible, a minimum $120 cancellation fee applies.
LEAD TIMES FOR MADE TO ORDER SEATS: This is a made to order item, therefore we provide an estimate of how long it will take to have made in the USA and shipped to our BC warehouse. This estimate is provided by Seat Concepts and subject to change based on factors out of our control. Lead times should not be taken as a guaranteed shipping or delivery date. Contact us BEFORE placing an order if you have any questions.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom, made to order seats.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: Seat Concepts provides a 1-year product defect warranty to the original purchaser. This does not cover abuse, impact (crash) damage, cross threaded or stripped mounting bolts/inserts, damage done during customer installation or sun-faded colors. Excessive wear or abrasion at the knee area is common to riders who wear knee braces or grip tightly with their knees, and is also not covered under warranty. For warranty claims, we will attempt to verify the issue as best we can with pictures, but in some cases an item must be sent directly to Seat Concepts for a hands on inspection. If the product is found to have a defect, Seat Concepts will, at their discretion, repair or replace the item. MX1 Canada will work with Seat Concepts on your behalf to help resolve any issues, however MX1 Canada is not responsible for shipping fees or other charges related to warranty claims. Proof of purchase will be required before a warranty claim can be opened.
