Seat Concepts Comfort Seat Honda CRF450X (2005-2018)

Complete Seats are fully assembled with a Seat Concepts seat pan, ready to ride.

Length: Same as OEM for all options.

Low seats: Less foam is used to reduce seat height and improve reach to the ground. Some models require firmer foam to help prevent bottoming out against the seat pan. As a result, a Low seat may feel firmer and provide less cushioning than a Standard or Tall seat.

Comfort XL: For those not worried about seat width, this design offers more surface area for better weight distribution and added comfort. Available in Standard height only.

Seat Concepts’ proprietary foam provides a plush, supportive feel, while the Comfort shape helps distribute rider weight over a wider seating area. The front retains a contour similar to the stock seat, keeping the seat narrow between the rider’s legs.

COVER OPTIONS: Not all cover options are available for all seat height and width options. The available options for each model are limited to those shown in the selection menu on each product page.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: These seats are custom made to order. Once your seat enters production, it cannot be changed or cancelled, including when production takes longer than anticipated. Lead times are estimates, not guaranteed shipping or delivery dates.

Before production begins, cancellation may be possible but is not guaranteed. If cancellation is possible, a minimum $120 cancellation fee applies.

LEAD TIMES FOR MADE TO ORDER SEATS: This is a made to order item, therefore we provide an estimate of how long it will take to have made in the USA and shipped to our BC warehouse. This estimate is provided by Seat Concepts and subject to change based on factors out of our control. Lead times should not be taken as a guaranteed shipping or delivery date. Contact us BEFORE placing an order if you have any questions.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom, made to order seats.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: Seat Concepts provides a 1-year product defect warranty to the original purchaser. This does not cover abuse, impact (crash) damage, cross threaded or stripped mounting bolts/inserts, damage done during customer installation or sun-faded colors. Excessive wear or abrasion at the knee area is common to riders who wear knee braces or grip tightly with their knees, and is also not covered under warranty. For warranty claims, we will attempt to verify the issue as best we can with pictures, but in some cases an item must be sent directly to Seat Concepts for a hands on inspection. If the product is found to have a defect, Seat Concepts will, at their discretion, repair or replace the item. MX1 Canada will work with Seat Concepts on your behalf to help resolve any issues, however MX1 Canada is not responsible for shipping fees or other charges related to warranty claims. Proof of purchase will be required before a warranty claim can be opened.
