MARCH 26, 2020:  Effective today, Canada invoked the Quarantine Act to impose mandatory self-isolation for international travelers entering Canada. Essential workers such as truck drivers and health care workers moving between the Canada/US border have been excluded to ensure the flow of supplies and medical care is not impeded. 
The border is open to commercial trucks and we continue to process and ship orders from our warehouse. If you have placed an order with us, you will be provided update(s) via email. This is important because a large majority of our products are imported from the USA and shipped from our warehouse in Richmond, BC. We have been closely monitoring the developing impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and we want to let you know about the safety measures we have implemented, as well as the impact the high volume of orders is having on our standard delivery times and product availability.

The health of our employees and family members is our #1 priority. We are taking the following precautions to ensure we can continue to uphold our responsibility to you:

  • High sanitization standards in our warehouse, with increased sanitation and hand washing protocols.
  • Remote work policy with non-essential staff working remotely to facilitate social distancing.
  • We have suspended the order pick-up option at our warehouse until further notice.

Our staff is healthy and we are continuing to process and ship orders. Manufacturing lead times may be longer than usual for items made in the USA and shipped to our warehouse (for example Clarke fuel tanks and Seat Concepts seats and kits). We are working closely with our suppliers and delivery partners to meet your needs and to get your order out as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
