MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY: Clarke offers a 30 day guarantee against defects and 1 year against breakage. Clarke reserves the right to refuse to replace tanks that have failed due to improper maintenance, incorrect mounting, modifications, or fittings installed that were not originally supplied with the tank. If you have purchased the tank through MX1 Canada please email us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will contact Clarke on your behalf to initiate a warranty claim. CANCELLATION POLICY: Clarke fuel tanks are made to order and lead times can vary depending on the time of year. Typically Spring/Summer months may take slightly longer than the estimated lead time provided in the product description. If you wish to cancel an order that is in production there will be a 5% cancellation fee deducted. In the event the fuel tank is already in transit to our warehouse, the cancellation fee is 15%.
