Neutech TUbliss Gen2 CORE System

Works with stock rims and tires and eliminates inner tubes from your existing wheels. The TUbliss system seals to the inside of the tire, not the rim so it works with bent, tweaked and dinged rims too.

TUbliss Tire System

The TUbliss system replaces conventional inner tubes with a small red 100 psi insert that creates two different pressure zones inside the tire itself. This enables an incredible 100 PSI of rim protection, increased tire stability and eliminates pinch flats. In turn, this allows you to run very low tire pressure for massive gains in traction and a much plusher ride.

Dual Air Chambers

TUbliss employs a dual pressure chamber system by replacing conventional tubes with a high pressure, rim protecting inner bladder which acts as a 360 degree rim lock that seals the tire to the full circumference of the rim.

Incredible Traction Gains

TUbliss allows you to safely run much lower tire pressures for huge traction gains without the typical downsides. Running lower tire pressure dramatically decreases deflection (aka the "Ping Pong" effect), and allows your tires to deal with and absorb the small stuff before it ever gets to your suspension.

Eliminates Pinch Flats & Makes Tire Changes Easier

No tubes means you can fix flats in seconds using tire plugs. In the event of a large gash or other severe tire damage, the full circumference rim lock aspect allows for a low speed run back to civilization. Running tire sealant makes the whole system even more effective. After the initial installation, future tire changes are a cinch because you no longer have to fight with the knuckle busting inner tube.

Superior Rim Protection

TUbliss acts as a 100PSI bumper, providing a protective cushion against rim damage. It also stabilizes the tire closer to the rim so the sidewall stands up instead of flopping over. This allows the tire to absorb more of the impact forces before they get to the rim.

Pounds Lighter

A rear TUbliss is approximately 2.5 pounds lighter than a heavy duty tube and about 14 ounces lighter than stock tubes. Keep in mind tube thickness and weights vary by manufacturer. Experts agree that every pound of rotating un-sprung weight you lose is equivalent to dropping 5 pounds of static weight from the bike.

TUbliss Gen2 - The Inside Advantage

How much lighter are they then tubes?

2.5 pounds lighter then heavy duty tubes and approximately 14 ounces lighter than stock tubes. Tube thickness and weights vary from manufacturers. It's important to note that for every pound you can lose of rotating unsprung weight is equivalent to dropping 5 pounds of static weight!

How long does TUbliss system last?

According to the manufacturer A VERY LONG TIME. The TUbliss system is said to last 10-20 times longer than tubes.

Can I use a tire sealant in the tire with TUbliss?

YES! For off-road situations or when you are concerned with punctures, the use of a sealant in your tire is highly recommended. With the tire being tubeless, tire sealants work really well because there is substantially thicker rubber for it to clog up and be effective. Your tire is reinforced, so a hole does NOT stretch like a conventional tube. Again it works very well in a tubeless situation. Try it and see!

How hard is it to install & change tires?

According to the manufacturer, installing the TUbliss CORE on the rim should take under 10 minutes (including drilling the 10mm hole for the new rim lock). They say that after that, everyone that had tried it agrees that changing tires is MUCH easier. IT IS DIFFERENT, BUT EASIER, SO READ & FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS! Don't take shortcuts. Because you don't have to worry about damaging an inner-tube with the tire irons, you can just go at it and get 'er done!

Does the black tube really squeeze in between the liner and that black stem thing?

It's common to assume that the black inner tube floats freely inside the liner, but that is wrong. During installation, yes, you fit the inner tube so it's pressed between the red liner and the black rubber housing for the rim lock stem.

Can it be punctured?

It's rubber and pneumatic, so yes, it can be punctured. But know that this is VERY RARE. The outer cover is 3mm thick and the tube is 2.2mm thick, so it's thick & tough. According to the manufacturer, in the last 4 years of testing they have only punctured ONE! Also if you do puncture one you only have to replace the inner tube.

Help! It's leaking bubbles around the valve stem!

This is the most common probem associated with installation, but it is an easy fix. First, bubbles around the valve stem are normal for the first 10 minutes or so after initial installation. However, if they persist, here's the problem and solution. The problem most likely originates from the Inner Liner not being correctly positioned on the rim caused by hanging up on a dry spot. To resolve, deflate both the tire and the TUbliss Inner Liner, but do not loosen the rim lock! Next, apply some more soapy water around the lip of the rim and push the tire bead down so the water can seap in and cover the rim and Inner Liner. Do this for both sides, re-inflate and see if that solves your problem. You can also see this troubleshooting technique explained in the installation video.
